Appointments

Booking is essential if you wish to have a particular therapist.

Please rebook at time of appointment or phone at your earliest convenience to assist us in meeting your requirements.

For packages or group bookings credit detail will be taken at the time of booking.

If you fail to attend and have not cancelled, your credit details will be processed to the treatment value. Please inform the receptionist if you are pregnant, so that we are able to make your treatment more comfortable and we need to expand your treatment time.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and No Show

In the event of a cancellation or change to your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. Cancellation under 24 hours may be charged a fee. No Shows will be charged as our staffs are still paid for their time.

Arrival

To enjoy the full value of your salon / spa treatment, we encourage you to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are visiting us for the first time you will be ask to complete a clients health questionnaire to assist us in proving you with the best possible professional care.

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescriptions medication you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated. All information is kept confidential. Spa Visit Health experts recommend that you receive only one heat treatment per day. Pregnant women and individuals with varicose veins should avoid heat treatments.

Following any heat treatments it is important that you rest and not participate in any vigorous activity for at least one hour. It is recommend you drink plenty of water and wait an hour after meals before any spa treatments.

Note that arriving late will unfortunately lessen your treatment time. We would sincerely regret keeping any client waiting and therefore need to maintain a punctual booking system.

What To Wear

Various Treatments at the salon require different levels of undressing. Disposable under wear is supplied for different services, you may wear swimmers. Your comfort is important to us and your privacy is protected at all times.

Gift Vouchers make thoughtful present, a great way to say Happy Birthday, Thank You, Congratulations or Happy Anniversary. Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months.
